If you’ve replaced your phone and therefore cannot access your account anymore, you’ll need to ask us to remove your 2FA so you can add it from your new device.
To begin the process, do the following:
- Contact our Support team to assist you
- Provide them with the following information:
- Faceit account name
- Email address
- First name and last name on the account
- Date of birth
- Phone number
- Steam ID 64 (begins with 76)
Once you’ve recovered your account and 2FA has been removed, please ensure you enable 2FA again to secure your account properly.
